Summer has begun! (for me)

It was on May 10th that I remembered one of the best parts of being a teacher - VACATION! This year I decided not to waste my vacation away in front of the TV or working, so I planned a vacation. In an effort to speak Spanish more gracefully and not as if I am "pulling myself slowly towards death" (Heather, 2002) I am going to Guatemala for four weeks. I will be staying in Antigua for three weeks at language school and one week has yet to be planned, but I will be traveling around. I thought I should keep a blog to remember my adventures and share them with you all. I will be staying across the street from an internet cafe and on vacation, so hopefully I will blog more often than usual. I hope you all enjoy my ramblings.
